Q. Why can’t I register, it says “Sorry, but the Account Number does not appear in our reading list.”?

A. The following could be reasons why your account number does not appear in our list:
  1. You have a smart meter already sending readings or you have a prepaid meter.
  2. You are not in our service areas (Please see Service Areas).

Q. The “capture reading” button is missing?

A. The following could be reasons:
  1. We already took your meter reading in this cycle.
  2. Your meter is not on our meter reading list / cycle.
